In those clues of impairment the officer is judging and observing the person's ability to walk, to talk, to judge distances, do they have an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from their breath when they're speaking. Do their eyes have watery, glassy look to them. Those are some of the clues of impairment that the officer will be looking for when they're conducting their investigation.
